
First Impact Rigging offers very competitive rates with the highest level of instruction. Student progression is constantly analyzed with advancement given only after the student who demonstrates an understanding of the covered materials. We will not force students past their skill level, or comfort level, as a way to make a quick dollar. Safety is adhered too above all else.
Minimum requirements for lessons are:
200 logged skydives.
Interview prior to commitment.
Instructor must witness canopy skills.
Willingness to take direction.
Sign the longest waiver of your life.
Course (prior to travel) covers:
Canopy control review
Packing techniques
Base launch (exits)
Determining wind and its effects
Emergency procedures
Review water landings
Object strike avoidance
Gear review
Emergency landing

at any point prior to travel, at no cost to the student.)
Course during travel (weather permitting):
Unlike other courses we will jump as many times as possible over a 2 day period. Jumps are performed in Twin Falls Idaho due to legal reasons and conditions of terrain. This is the best place on the planet to learn. Typical students receive 10+ jumps over this 2 day expedition. |

Instructors qualifications:
- Corky Ferguson has over 1000 base jumps at over 100 different locations. He
has jumped in Europe as well as North America and has been in the sport of B.A.S.E.
jumping for 10+ years. BASE #447
- Nick Gough has 250+ base jumps starting in England and all the way to California USA. He has been in the sport of B.A.S.E. jumping for 3+ years. BASE #????
Pricing:
Fixed Object Course - $700 (half down for deposit)
Gear Rental (if needed, personal gear preferred) - $15 per jump
Travel - all expenses paid by student (airfare, car rental, hotel)
Life long mentorship - priceless (AKA free)
Timing:
Base lesson progression is done over several weeks. This is to allow for interview,
control check jumps, packing lessons, and other related items that can be done
before travel commences.

ALL students must sign a waiver releasing First Impact Rigging of all claims in Idaho, California, and students state of residence (if applicable).
